Efteling inclusive playground Nest! now open.

I’m  happy to anounce that  the Efteling  opened the  Inclusive Playground . At the request of Het Gehandicapte Kind I advised the Efteling about inclusive play during the devlopment and construction of the playground .

In august 2021 I visited the playground together with my friend Koen and his mother.

It was great to see how many children and their (grand)parents enjoyed playing at Nest!. It was pakked with children. Koen liked chatting with “Nest keeper” Joost.  For a kid like Koen, wheelchair user, it wasn’t easy to drive around and play. To avoid this, Efteling needs more inclusive playgrounds!
