Professional Advisory Board Inclusion Matters

Empowerment by Playing and Inclusion Matters have known each other for almost 10 years. The first contact was made because of an Inclusion Matters (IM) project in Ecuador. In April 2022, I (Ilse) visited Inclusion Matters in Los Angeles. After all these years finally a real meeting and thus joint Inclusive Play adventures. IM works from the vision that playing together is only possible with attention to all facets of playing together. From design to social inclusion and from lobbying to funding. To make this possible, IM works with a very diverse group of people and organizations and has three different advisory groups. I was asked to participate in the Professional Advisory Board. This board includes a union palette of American and international professionals. Nice to be among them, to learn from each other and to be able to apply my knowledge of playing together for Inlcusion Matters.  Our Boards | InclusionMatters.org
