The squares have been greened and have become much more accessible and playable for children/adults with disabilities. De Spits wants to be an inclusive school and that includes an inclusive  playground. This has been achieved!  The school set up a team of teachers and parents. The children have been very involved. Now that the schoolyards are ready, it is time for the next steps. The teachers are eager to get the most out of the schoolyards and have asked Empowerment by Playing and Bureau RIS to provide a workshop on exploiting educational opportunity’s and promoting Inclusive Play of the schoolyards. The course will be held in the autumn of 2022.
